1. Services Provided London Bridge Health, LLC offers mental health coaching services to individuals, families, and workplaces. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods specified on the website.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

4. Confidentiality All coaching sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may be broken only in cases where there is a legal obligation, such as a risk of harm to self or others.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Be respectful and honest during sessions.
  • Attend appointments on time.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Understand that coaching is a collaborative process, and results are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of London Bridge Health, LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability London Bridge Health, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of law principles.
